Second Region

Stipulates that persons who have (had) employment relationships with enterprises, institutions, organizations or individuals or were voluntarily insured and are moving from temporarily occupied territories or regions where anti-terrorist operations are conducted, have the right to material support and social services in accordance with the laws "On compulsory State social insurance in relation with temporary loss of working capacity and expenses due to birth and burial" and "On compulsory state social insurance for occupational accidents and diseases leading to a loss of working capacity". Also establishes the procedure of granting material support and providing social services.
