Second Region

This Act makes a number of amendments to the Principal Act including with respect to new giving employees the possibility to request changes to their working hours, the negotiation of work breaks to meet work flows, provisions to protect vulnerable workers, measures to speed up the resolution of industrial disputes in the Employment Relations Authority as well as providing a series of changes to collective bargaining, which includes the right to walk away from negotiations.
