| Abstract/Citation: | With the aim of strengthening social protection of certain categories of citizens, inter alia, establishes monthly payments (beginning from 1 January 2013) to certain categories of persons who take care of disabled children under the age of 18 or first category disabled people since childhood. Defines the amounts of the payments to persons living in places of hard climate conditions. Establishes the procedure of the payments. |
