Abstract/Citation: Amends, inter alia, Labour Code of the Russian Federation supplementing with new parts articles 15 (Labour relations), 16 (Grounds for accrual of labour relations), 212 (Employer's Duties in Respect of Ensuring Labour Safety), 356 (Basic authorities of the bodies of Federal Labour Inspection), 357 (Basic rights of the state Labour Inspectors); adding new articles 19.1 (Labour relations accruing on the basis of employment contract as a result of the recognition of relations associated with the use of personal labour and emerged on the basis of a civil contract as labour relations), 67.1 (Consequences of permitting to work by a not authorized person), 351.3 (Some peculiarities of the regulation of labour of employees in the sphere of special assessment of working conditions); changing the wording of articles 6, 11, 20, 21, 22, 57, 61, 67, 92(also adding new parts to this article which concern the duration of working time), 94, 104, 117 (on the additional paid leave for employees), 126, 217, 146, 186, 209, 210, 213, 216, 216.1, 219, 220, 224, 253, 283, 312.3, 356, 360; changing the title of Article 147 which now reads: "Remuneration for employees involved in work with harmful and (or) dangerous labour conditions"; cancelling Article 215.
Also introduces amendments to Law No.181-FZ of 24 November 1995 on Social Protection of the Disabled, inter alia, supplementing Article 21 (Establishing quotas for employment of the disabled) with a new part concerning the calculation of quotas for employment of disabled persons in the average number of employees; to Penal Code rephrasing Article 143 (Violation of the requirements of labour protection).
Para 4 of Article 9 and Article 11 of this Law enter into force on 1 January 2015.
