Abstract/Citation: The Regulations provide that it "shall be the duty of every employer to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare at work of all persons employed by him in any workplace". Also sets out the duties and responsibilities of suppliers, manufacturers and workers with respect to health and safety. Sets out the measures that need to be taken to ensure that the workplace is safe.
