Abstract/Citation: Provides for regulations to ensure: functioning of higher vocational institutions such as public universities and colleges, municipalities, counties and individual or legal persons; postsecondary vocational training corresponding to the needs of working life; state support for postsecondary vocational training allocated efficiently; postsecondary vocational training quality; training is corresponding to the needs of postsecondary vocational training within narrow occupations referred to lead to gainful employment for the students, or to a new level in their profession.

The Act repeals Act (2001:239) on advanced vocational training. The repealed Act still applies to training granted state support for advanced vocational training before April 15, 2009.
