Implements section 6(1) of the Equal Remuneration Act 1976 read with rules 3 and 4 of the Central Advisory Committee on Equal Remuneration Rules of 1991, this Notification constitutes the Central Advisory Committee. Its is to be made up of 21 members with participants from government, employers' and workers' organizations as well as other interested parties.
