Abstract/Citation: | Part 1: General Measures on Prevention and Combating Discrimination Part 2: Security Mechanism to Prevent and Combat Discrimination Part 3: Liability for Violation of the Law on Measures to Prevent and Combat Discrimination Part 4: Final Provisions The Law also makes consequential amendments to the following texts: 1. Replaces the word "unfair" by "all forms of" in point 7 of para 3 of Article 2 of the Administrative Procedure Code (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 2005, No. 3537, p.446); 2. Amends article 7(2) and article 8(1) and (2) of the Law on Collective Agreements and Accords by adding the words "prohibition of discrimination" (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 1993, No. 361; 1997, No. 11, p.89; 2008, No. 25, p. 240); 3. Amends article 4(1) of the Law on Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights by adding the words "by other laws of Ukraine" (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 1998, No. 20, p. 99); 4. Supplements article 5(1) of the Law on Judicial Assembly with the point 6-1 "petitioners-complaints regarding disputes related to discrimination" (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 2012, No. 14, p. 87, No. 21, p. 204, No. 31, p. 393). |
