Abstract/Citation: An Act to give effect, as part of the law of the Island, to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations and opened for signature in Palermo in 2000 and the Protocols to that Convention to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons and Against the Smuggling of Migrants; to amend the International Criminal Court Act 2003; to
make amendments to the Telecommunications Act 1984 and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2008; and for connected purposes.
