Abstract/Citation: | Amendment to the Criminal Code of Mongolia Ulaanbaatar Article 1. Add "transportation and other" before the "means" in the Article 49.2 and "theft of considerable number of livestock" after "caused a significant damage" in the Article 145.2 of the Criminal Code of Mongolia. Article 2. Amend Article 71.1 of the Criminal Code of Mongolia as "The court may reveal from a criminal liability a person who has committed for the first time a minor or a less serious crime other than in the Article 145.1 /Stealing of other's property/, reconciled with the victim, redressed completely the damage caused by the renounced and recovered causes of the damage."
