Abstract/Citation
Regulates the legal status of foreigners and persons without citizenship in Ukraine. Contains, inter alia, provisions regulating of work permits, employment and other labour law related norms regarding the above mentioned categories of persons.
Repeals the previous Law Legal Status of Foreigners and Persons Without Citizenship of 1994.
