| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals chapter 3 article 2 and 3. Amends chapter 2 article 3, chapter 3 article 1, 4, 5 and 6, chapter 7 article 1, 2 and 8, chapter 13 article 10, chapter 14 article 3, and chapter 16 concerning various provisions in the Act. Amends the title preceding chapter 1 article 4 (Schengen convention, Schengen state and Schengen visa). Introduces a new article 4 to chapter 1 (definition of "Schengen visa"), a new article 5 to chapter 14 (appeals of authority decision to a migration court), and a new heading preceding chapter 14 article 5a (visa). |
