Abstract/Citation: Repeals chapter 3 article 2-7, 10 and 11, chapter 8 article 4a and the titles preceding chapter 3 article 2-7 and 10.

Amends chapter 1 article 5, chapter 3 article 8, 9, and 12, chapter 4 article 6 and 21, and chapter 8 article 4 concerning the definition of the Schengen visa, provisions on access to transit, provisions on Schengen visa, the mandate of the Migration Board to give the right to decide on national visas to a Swedish embassy or a Swedish consulate, provisions on the right to stay, verification in connection with the issuance of a permit or a national visa and regulations relating to application fees.

Introduces to chapter 3 a new article 2 (Schengen visa) and article 10 (transfer) and new titles preceding chapter 3 article 2 (Schengen visa) and 10 (transfer of a person from a Swedish embassy or Swedish consulate).
