Abstract/Citation: Amends chapter 3 article 1-5 concerning regulations relating to EEA (EES) nationals, children to EEA nationals and foreigners who are family members but are not EEA nationals. An EEA national has the right to reside as a worker or self-employed under the Foreigners Act (2005:716), be an employee or self-employed and retain the right to residence even if he or she suffer temporary work incapacity due to illness or accident.
