Abstract/Citation: Amends chapter 4 article 22 and 24a, chapter 5 article 10 and chapter 6 article 4 and 17 concerning the issuance of proof of residence permits, the task of the Migration Board to issue regulations required to enforce the rules regarding residence permit cards, issuance of work permits, regulations respecting foreigners entering or leaving the country, the task of the Migration Board to issue further regulations for enforcement of the provisions respecting fingerprints and photographs.

Introduces a new title to chapter 5 article 10 (information related to work permits).
