Abstract/Citation: Amends chapter 4 article 22, chapter 5 article 10 and chapter 8 article 5 concerning the issuance of residence permits, issuance of work permit and the establishment of fees to be charged for the administration of applications for residence permits and/or work permits.

Introduces a new article 24a to chapter 4 concerning the task of the Migration Board to issue regulations concerning the validity of residence permit cards.
