Amends article 20 and 21 concerning specification of data to be included in the information to be submitted and the National Archives responsibility to issue regulations concerning the treatment of personal data.

Introduces to the ordinance new articles 20a-20f concerning arrangements for the safe treatment of personal data and a new title to article 20a (arrangements for the safe processing of personal data).
