| Abstract/Citation: | It amends the Presidential Decree 12/1993. Para 1 of Article 2 is replaced by a para mentioning that seafarers citizens of EU Member States have the same opportunity to access employment on Hellenic Commercial Ships. The positions of captains and deputy captains on Hellenic Commercial Ships are available to those seafarers citizens of EU Member States, having the appropriate qualifications, on the supposition that they have proficiency in Greek language. |
