| Abstract/Citation: | Amends article 8, 9, 9a, 10, 15, 17, 18, 19, 23, 25, 27 and 28 concerning provisions for subsidies and services, children with disabilities, personal assistance services, responsibilities of municipalities, contracts with municipalities and counties, fees, permit and notification. Introduces new articles 6a, 8a and 26 concerning children with disabilities and new title preceding article 23 concerning permit and notification requirements. Present title preceding article 23 is moved to article 23a. |
