| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces new articles 15b (temporary residence permit) and 16a (granting of permanent residence permit after temporary residence permit) to chapter 5 and a new article 7c (withdrawal of residence permits) to chapter 7, and a new article 4a (appeal of decision to the immigration court) to chapter 14 . Amending the disposition so current chapter 5 article 16a becomes a new chapter 5 article 16b, current title preceding chapter 5 article 16a is added immediately before chapter 5 article 16b. |
