Abstract/Citation
Contains 13 chapters providing for rules respecting the prevention of environmental pollution caused by the normal operation of ships. Contains prohibitions respecting the discharge of harmful substances into the air and water, and limitations on the emissions of such substances. In addition, the Act regulates disposal of waste from normal operation of ships in ports.
Repeals Act No. 300/1979.
