| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces, inter alia, new redaction of para 7 of article 399 and para 3 of article 401 of the Labour Code. New redaction of article 399 regulates the procedure of raising work related claims. It particularly provides that the claim may be sent to the competent State body in the form of e-document. Changes to article 401 provides that each of the parties to dispute may advise the other party vie sending an e-document. Introduces, inter alia, minor changes to para 1 of article 9 the Law on Population¿s Employment. |
