Article 1. Amendments to the Labour Market Service Act (AMSG): concern section 37 of the Act on labour market service:
Special provisions to support employment security:
§ 37a Support to solidarity bonus model
§ 37b Support for part time work
§ 37c Support for part time work with qualification.
Article 2. Amendments to the Labour Market Promotion Act (AMFG)apart from minor amendments in wording, the expression Federal Ministry of economy and Labour has been replaced with Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth.
Article 3. Amendments to the Labour Market Financing Act (AMPFG)in § 1 Abs. 2 deleted expression in accordance with the Employment Promotion Law of 2005, minor amendments in wording and numeration.
Article 4. Amendments to the Unemployment Insurance Act (AIVG).
Article 5. Amendments to the Company Employee Pension Act (BMVG) minor amendments in § 6 and § 73 concerning short term work.
Article 6. Amendments to the Agricultural Employment Act (LAG) provisions regarding the duration of short term work.
Article 7. Repeals the Employment Promotion Law (Beschäftigungsförderungsgesetz) BGBl. I Nr. 114/2005.
