| Abstract/Citation: | Amendments to: § 17 in order to be entitled to unemployment benefit, the registration to the regional employment agency must take place immediately after dismissal within 10 days; can be proceeded through Public Employment Service (eAMS account) within 10 days 2) Benefits are granted: from the receipt of application via eAMS account within 10 days and in other cases from the date of claim. 3)Specifies information needed to register as unemployed 4)failure to comply might result with no benefits granted § 46 para 1 After submitting electronic claim, claimants has 10 days to submit in person handwritten signature to the regional Employment Service, in some cases personal appearance is not obligatory (illness) § 46 paragraph 5-7 Any changes affecting claim might be notified though phone call or electronically. Should claimants undertake lucrative activity his entitlement expires the same day. |
