Abstract/Citation: This Act establishes the Agricultural Development Fund and provides for its administration. The revenue of the Fund shall be administered and managed by a specified corporation and be used to finance projects and programmes that are designed for the improved development of agriculture including sugar production, the cotton industry, livestock production, fisheries and horticulture. The Act also establishes a Management Committee. The Committee shall evaluate and approve proposals for projects to be financed by the Fund.
