Abstract/Citation: The regulation implements Resolution No. 20 of 01/08/2005 (10.05.1384) of the Council of Ministers concerning the legal employment of Afghan workers abroad. Sets out the requirements that have to be met by a worker in order to be employed abroad as well as the obligations of workers and the Ministry responsible for sending them abroad.
