Abstract/Citation: Amends the following articles of the basic law 2001-2009:
- article 5 and its appendix relating to the number of nursing personnel conforming to the clinic's capacity in beds;
- Appendix I: replacing paragraphs 1(a) and (b) with sub-paragraphs referring to necessity of recruiting a general superintendent holding a certificate of general nursing in the case of a general clinic of more than 20 beds, a certificate of right to exercise the profession of midwife in the case of purely obstetrics clinic, or a certificate of nurse for psychiatric clinic in the case of psychiatric centre. Replaces paragraph 3 relating to the recruitment of midwives and nurses for gynaecological departments. Replaces sub-paragraph (i) related to the personnel of external medical centres. Replaces sub-paragraph (j) relating to the personnel of surgical departments and its working hours. Replaces paragraph 5(c) concerning the working hours of room assistants.
