| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces the following 11 articles: Art. 1-2 concerning the conditions for municipalities applying for subsidies according to the ordinance. Art. 3 concerning the amounts per eligible person. Art. 4-6 concerning detailed work-related and educational requirements for being eligible. Art. 7-8 concerning time frame for payment of subsidy to municipalities and mutual exchange of information between municipalities and the Swedish Migration Board. Art. 9-11 concerning withdrawal of extra subsidies, appeals, and the role of the Migration Board in announcing the provisions of this ordinance. |
