Amends article 2 concerning in-depth mapping of participants in the youth employment guarantee; art. 4 and 5 concerning conditions for inclusion into full-time or part-time work under the guarantee; art. 6 concerning the details of youth employment guarantee activities; and art. 10, 11 and 13 concerning the conditions for leaving the youth employment guarantee programme, and for being re-introduced.
Adds art. 4a concerning part-time participation in the youth employment guarantee programme; art. 7a concerning special conditions intended to enable persons to maintain some contact with the labour market; art. 9 concerning enterprise creation under the youth employment guarantee programme; art. 9a concerning rehabilitation service; and art. 10a concerning sick leave while participating in the youth employment guarantee programme.
