Abstract/Citation: Repeals chapter 4 article 3. Amends the following articles:
Ch. 2 art. 12 concerning travel documents for foreigners with residence permit.
Ch. 4 art. 4 concerning asylum seekers.
Ch. 5 art. 4 concerning potential exceptions from work permit requirements.
Ch. 7 art. 5, 8 and 15a concerning the obligation of the Migration Office to provide other authorities with information on foreigners.
Ch. 8 art. 5 and 10d concerning fees for applications and a foreigner's right to information from the Migration Board about rights and obligations in connection with the issuing of residence permits.
Adds the following new articles:
Ch. 7 art. 8a concerning the procedure when an already deported foreigner applies for refugee or other protection status, and the obligation of the Migration Board to notify other authorities.
Ch. 8 art. 9a-b concerning minutes from the oral processing of cases at the Migration Board, and the right of 'receivers of minors' to participate in processes.
Ch. 8 art. 10e-f concerning foreigners' right to information and unaccompanied minors' right to a medical examination upon arrival.
