| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals article 24. Amends the following articles: Art. 13 concerning the right of the government to announce provisions according to art. 9; Art. 23 concerning individuals' permission to deliver social services; Art. 23c and 23d concerning the access to and treatment of personal records concerning social services; Art. 25-27 concerning supervision by The National Board of Health and Welfare and the right to appeal; and Art. 28c, 28f and 28g concerning requirements to report to The National Board of Health and Welfare. Adds art. 26a-26h concerning supervision by The National Board of Health and Welfare; and art. 30 concerning sanctions. |
