Abstract/Citation: Amends article 9a concerning confidentiality, specifically the right of an employer to negotiate a confidentiality agreement with a trade union representative before when granting the representative access to the work place. Further amends article 9a by introducing a reference to ch. 10, art. 11-14, and ch. 12, art. 2, of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (2009:400).
