I - General provisions: definition of workers and employer, employment basic rights and duties.
II - Conclusion of a labour contract: contract for definite and indefinite time periods, prohibition of employment of minors in certain sectors.
III - Temporary employment: Agency, agreement, duties, supervision.
IV - Protection of life, health and privacy of workers.
V - Trial period, occupational training and qualification.
VI - Hours of work: full-time, part-time, overtime, night work, work in shifts.
VII - Rest periods and leave: daily and weekly rest, annual leave, paid leave.
VIII - Protection of pregnant women and parents: prohibited jobs, maternity leave, nursing breaks, shortened working hours for parents, parental leave, prohibition of dismissal.
