| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals sections 25A and Schedule 1 of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976. Also amends section 3 of the Telstra Corporation Act 1991 concerning the definition of LSL changeover as well as section 9. Finally repeals Subsection 2(1) (table item 3A) and Item 52 of Schedule 1 of the Telstra (Transition to Full Private Ownership) Act 2005. |
