| Abstract/Citation: | Adds article 16a allowing the Swedish Tax Authority to delay a relocation of a company's headquarters abroad while the application is being under consideration by the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Changes article 5 (concerning the currency of accounts), articles 6 and 13 (the competence of the Financial Supervisory Authority), article 8 (the competence of the Swedish Companies Registration Office) and articles 20, 32 and 40 (relating to obstacles to a relocation of the a company's headquarters). |
