Amends the Maternity Leave Law 1980 to read: "Maternity leave pay shall be in the case of monthly paid employees a sum equal to forty percent of two months' pay; in the case of weekly or fortnightly paid employees, a sum equal to 40 percent of our fortnights' pay; in the case of daily paid workers, a sum equal to 40 percent of one-fifth the pay earned in the twelve months immediately prior to the commencement of the maternity leave".
