Abstract/Citation: This Act amends the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1972 and repeals the Industrial Code 1967. There are amendments relating to the definition of "outworker", the provision concerning the jurisdiction of the Court, representation, protection against discrimination in relation to membership in an association, unfair dismissal, etc. A new Division IV is inserted into the principal Act entitled "Resolution of Contract Disputes".
