| Abstract/Citation: | Part I - General Provisions Part II - First Instance Procedure Part III - Legal Remedies Part IV - Execution Part V - Implementation of the Law, Inspection, Control, and Transitional and Final Provisions. As of the date this law comes into effect, the provisions of Article 26 and Chapter "IV Administrative Inspection" and Articles 29-32 of the Law on Inspection Control (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro, No. 50/92) shall become invalid. |
