| Abstract/Citation: | Makes numerous amendments to the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 with respect to land rights including the establishment of an Executive Director for Township Leasing as well as park lands. Also amends the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007 by repealing subsection 52(8) and adding a new para. (f) at the end of subsection 63(1). Also makes numerous amendments to the 2007 Act concerning acquisition of rights, titles and interests in land. |
