Abstract/Citation: Amends sections 3 (adding specific provisions concerning estimation of the length of service), 6 f (respecting workers hired for a limited period of time), 11 (minimum one month period of notice for both the employer and the employee and more specific rules respecting the employee depending on the length of service) and 39 (the decision by a court to nullify the dismissal of an employee and compensation for damages by the employer if the court decision is not respected).
