| Abstract/Citation: | Tiene por objeto determinar desde qué momento rige el fuero sindical a favor de los dirigentes sindicales y la obligación de rendir cuentas de su gestión. Dispone asimismo que el fuero sindical al que se refiere la Ley núm. 3352 rige a partir de la fecha de elección del dirigente sindical respectivo. |
