| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the law relating to taxation, superannuation, social security and veterans' entitlements. In particular it repeals a large number of sections in the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 and entirely repeals the Income Tax (Superannuation Payments Withholding Tax) Act 2002. In addition, it makes consequential amendments to a large number of other Acts. |
