Abstract/Citation: Repeals s. 5a; amends ss. 2 (allows for certain exemptions through collective agreements), 4 (validity of employment contract), 5 (contract limited in time), 6c (employer's duty to provide information to employee), 15 (duty to give notice of non-renewal of contract), 25 (preferential right to re-employment for employee dismissed for reasons of lack of work) and 25a; adds new s. 6g (duty of employer to inform employee of total time of employment).
