Abstract/Citation
Contains 14 chapters and 60 sections regulating the right of parents to leave in connection with pregnancy, birth and adoption and the right of parents related to the labour market to daily allowances during absence due to pregnancy, birth and adoption etc; amends the following acts:
Act No. 1047 of 2004: numerous provisions repealed;
Act No. 711 of 2002: several provisions repealed etc.;
Act No. 68 of 2005: amends s. 7;
Act No. 1009 of 2005: amends ss. 13 and 55.
