| Abstract/Citation: | Authorises the competent authority to issue certificates and endorsements for masters, officers and radio operators and to allow seafarers holding certificates issued by third countries to work on board Cyprus flag vessels on condition that a decision has been made to recognise the said certificates in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 18(3) of Directive 2001/25/EC. |
