Abstract/Citation: Provides reduced working time for workers and employees who work under specific conditions where risks to their lives and health cannot be reduced regardless of measures taken (art. 137,par.1). This category of workers shall not be permitted to work overtime (art. 147, par. 2) and shall be entitled to additional annual holiday of not less than 5 working days (art.156, par.1, p.1).The employer is obliged to provide special precautions. Also provides for free food and/or additional allocations for food.
