| Abstract/Citation: | Provides measures to prevent and combat prostitution by prohibiting the buying and selling of sex and harbouring of prostitution, organization of prostitution activities, forcing, brokering or protecting prostitution and abusing service businesses for prostitution activities (Art. 4). It defines the responsibilities of agencies, organizations, individuals and families. It also provides for protection and prevention of trafficking in persons for the sex trade (arts. 24 and 33) |
