| Abstract/Citation: | Provides the procedure for maintaining a special database for disabled persons as well as a special register of the specilized entities and cooperations of disabled persons. A special commision is established to deal with issues as regards the integration of the disabled persons. Also contains special porvisions related to the engagement of disabled persons. In this respect, the Agency of Disabled Persons is obliged to provide information on the possibilities for financing programs on on job possibilities to all interested persons (disabled persons, employers, entities of disabled persons etc.). The Decree reppeals the Regulation on the application of the law on protection, rehabilitation and integration of disabled persons of 1996. |
