| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Social Security Act 1991 as well as a number of other acts relating to social security law, family assistance law and law about veterans' entitlements and child support. Amendments concern the utilities allowance and seniors concession allowance. Makes provision for special child benefits rates for grandparents on income support and for an increase in bereavement payments in respect of above general rate disability pensioners. |
