Regulates various aspects of pensions. These include: circumstances in which pension may be granted, termination of employment in public interest, compulsory retirement, maximum pension, liability of pensioners to be called upon to take further employment, suspension of pension on re-employment, pensions to cease on bankruptcy, pensions to cease on conviction, and several related matters.
